One of the largest technology companies in Massachusetts, Akamai built a new 19-story global headquarters at 145 Broadway in Cambridge. The 453,768 square feet building was developed by Boston Properties, designed by Stantec and built by Turner Construction, interiors were designed by Sasaki Architects. ECOI installed 1,700 Teknion sit-to-stand workstations, 350 private offices, 225 meeting, conference  and training rooms for Officeworks. Furniture installation started in late March of 2019 and was completed ahead of schedule and on budget for the anticipated November 1st, 2019 move-in date.
