East Coast Office Installations worked with the team to install 650 workstations, 1700 LF of architectural wall and glazing, and ancillary product such as café banquettes, conference rooms, seating, and shelving, for HBP’s new headquarters in Brighton MA. This project involved close coordination with the general contractor, precise field dimensions, and creative scheduling for deliveries to site while minimizing impact to other tenants. The wall system included entry doors, double-glazing in conference rooms, coordination with millwork, and installation of a feature wall of “living glass” at reception. Furniture installation occurred simultaneously, with 2 crews. The aggressive schedule of 5 weeks challenged everyone to devise ways to increase efficiency. The project was completed in February 2016.
