James Burns is a seasoned Union carpenter and one of East Coast Office Installations’ top project managers, with over a decade of experience leading large-scale installations. Known for his leadership and precision, James oversees some of our most high-profile projects—including a 16-floor, 2,000+ workstation build in Boston’s rapidly expanding Seaport district.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Coastal Carolina University and combines hands-on expertise with strategic project oversight. James is a trusted leader committed to delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
