East Coast’s staff of 50 full-time employees have been safety incident free since 2007, and our EMR .73 proves our commitment to safety and good business practices.  

The safety of our employees and clients is our main concern.  We pride ourselves on our exemplary safety record and have invested heavily in training and providing safety equipment for in the field and in the workshop. All our journey men installers have  30-hour OSHA training, CPR, first aid and fall protection training. We have a full-time safety officer.

• We’ve developed site specific safety plans for individual projects as required. 
• All of our employees are trained to use and operate the required materials and equipment to do their job.
• Our foremen hold weekly on-site job meetings and warehouse and workshop staff have monthly safety meetings. Outside vendors are brought into introduce new safety products and techniques.
• All new hires are required to have OSHA -10 certification.​
