Labor Force
East Coast Office Installation are proud signatories to Labor Agreements with the New England Council of Carpenters and the Massachusetts Labors District Council.
All of our foremen have OSHA30 Certification and multiple manufacturer training/certifications, including Teknion, Dirtt, Haworth, and more.
We currently employ over 25 full-time Journeymen Installers.
We employ as many as 10 full-time millwrights who have built many iconic custom carpentry designs.
10-15 Laborers ensure that all of our projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Logistics
ECOI’s logistics operation is built around a 70,000 square foot warehouse, a dedicated fleet, and an experienced operations team. Together, they ensure materials, equipment, and scheduling are fully aligned so projects stay organized and on track.
Our 70,000 square foot warehouse serves as the hub of every project, with dedicated staging areas, on-site carpentry capabilities, and nine loading docks that efficiently support deliveries of all sizes. Every shipment is organized, inspected, and prepared to help ensure installations begin on schedule.
Our fleet of delivery trucks and service vans is equipped to transport furniture, architectural products, and installation materials safely and efficiently. Lift-gate equipped trucks and fully stocked service vehicles help our crews respond quickly while keeping projects moving with minimal disruption.
With an average of 20+ years of industry experience, our operations team provides hands-on coordination from warehouse to jobsite—ensuring communication, timing, and execution stay aligned.
